Susan Collins is going to have some fretting to do over this dissent from Brett Kavanaugh

Sen. Susan Collins is very concerned about the Trump administration's decision to eliminate protections for transgender patients, calling it "simply wrong." She's also applauding the Supreme Court decision on Monday barring employers from discriminating against LGBTQ workers, and calling for Congress to pass the Equality Act to extend those protections to LGBTQ people in all public accommodations. So she must be fretting, furrowing her brow, and wringing her hands over what her boy Justice Brett Kavanaugh did in this case.

It wasn’t enough for him to just be one of the three justices in dissent on the case. He also had to write his own dissent. “Both the rule of law and democratic accountability badly suffer when a court adopts a hidden or obscure interpretation of the law, and not its ordinary meaning,” he wrote, saying the majority was making “a mistake of history and sociology.” But he did congratulate LGBTQ people for having “advanced powerful policy arguments” and saying they “can take pride in today’s results,” even though he still thinks their livelihoods should be in jeopardy because of who they love. All of which must come as a big shock for Collins, seeing as how Kavanaugh promised her he wouldn’t discriminate against them on the court.

Let me just remind everyone the reason this nswf ban is happening is money.

It’s not because they care. It’s not to “make the site safer for minors”

It’s because the staff want ads and you “can’t put ads next to ‘porn’ ” (first off, bullshit)

It’s because the app store took down their app for CP. If the app store hadn’t done that nothing would have changed.

It’s all about money. No one on Apple devices are downloading their app. They’re doing whatever they can to please Apple to get their app back on the store.

If the app isn’t on the store no one is seeing ads that people pay them to put on their site. If no one’s seeing them, why pay to have ads on the site. They’re losing money.

Staff does not care about us or what we want.

They’re excuses about making the site more positive are lies.

They are going to destroy communities and online families/friendships.

They are going to destroy safe spaces for people who have no where else they can be themselves. Where they won’t be shamed for what they’re into.

DON’T LET THE STAFF SILENCE US.

So I just went through my entire Tumblr and appealed every flag that I could. I noticed an alarming trend. I rarely post anything that violates the new rules, and while not all of my censored posts were flagged, EVERY SINGLE ONE that provided a way for me to make money was. Whether I was in pasties, baring my ass, or had digitally censored a photo, if it included a link to my Patreon or my PayPal link, it was flagged. On top of that, I found an alarming number of feminist and women-supporting posts were flagged regardless of nudity. Explain that @staff

On that note as well, my PayPal is lilyallurenola@gmail.com and my Patreon is lilyallurenola. Women and sex-workers are being attacked and need y'alls help. Whether you support me or another performer, please send some support. Also, if y'all go through my Tumblr and see an all caps note at the top about not “female presenting nipples”, that post was previously flagged. They have since gone through and unflagged quite a few of them.

Two of my sideblogs changed

Granted one is DEFINITELY nsfw, and I hadn’t really personalized much about it, but it went from a sphere generic avatar to a cone… And the background from blue to green. And several of my posts got flagged, but… Ok. Fine. They were literally depicting sex acts. I get it.

But the other one was…. Fucking suspicious.

I have barely used it. It has 2 fucking posts. It was meant to chronical my transition. But I got sick so that hasn’t gone anywhere in a long ass time, but I kept it for whenever I actually start transitioning. The two posts were text posts about trying to find a doctor.

That blog I had personalized quite a bit. Had a pride flag and a pride flag graphic as the banner and avatar, had the colour and theme all done up….

But now it looks the same as the nsfw one. Cone avatar. Green background/banner. Everything generic like when you first start out and if you don’t customize anything.

What…. What is going on. Neither of the posts got flagged. Did they… Fucking hell. They fucked with it because it was queer, didn’t they?
